Custom Homes Group
Custom Homes was incorporated in December 2000 by Rob and Donna Rutherford as a family owned and operated business for the purpose of selling modular and manufactured homes. In an effort to serve our clients and perform to our Mission and Vision statements, we found it necessary to build an organization capable of performing many of the services required in a building project. Rob and Donna own and or manage all of the companies in the Custom Homes Group. Our hope is to continue to build our organization to better serve our clients. 1. Develop systems that will support Custom Homes to sell and build 15% additional scattered site homes.
2. Improve quality of sales, construction, and service to decrease complaints by 20%.
3. Continue building an effective team that will meet clients' and Custom Homes's expectations while not increasing overhead ratio by more than 10%.
4. Implement systems for self-funded Employee Bonus Program.
5. Expand sales on company owned land by 30%.
6. Develop and implement the Store Front Sales concept.
